One dedicated call center for international partners has also been developed to ensure quickest response to international service request and fastest parts supply. Our engineers with excellent technical backgrounds and experience are ready to serve our international customers.

1. REPLY
We reply with a plan within 4 hours after service call is received.


2. RESPOND
We depute engineers with immediate effect after confirmation of service plan, and responding time frames are as per follows:

2.1 Three-day Circle(Visa on arrival): Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Jordan, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, UAE, Ukraine, Vietnam.
2.2 Five-day Circle(Electronic Visa): Australia, Georgia, India, Korea, Myanmar, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore, Turkey.
2.3 Seven-day Circle: all other countries.


3. PARTS & SERVICE

      Within 12 months of Warranty period:
3.1 We will provide free onsite service on repairing and replacing malfunctioning or damaged parts which are proved to be our manufacturing quality defects within the Warranty period.

      After 12 months of Warranty period:
3.2 We will provide chargeable onsite service on repairing and replacing malfunctioning or damaged parts after the Warranty period.
3.3 We will supply dispensable parts preferentially for a long period.
3.4 We will keep in touch with customers to track and survey of the product quality.
